2025年寒假即将来临，为了大家能够度过一个安全愉快的假期，现将2025年寒假放假安排及注意事项通知如下。

The winter vacation of 2025 is coming. In order for everyone to have a safe and enjoyable holiday, the arrangements and precautions for the 2025 winter vacation are hereby notified as follows.

一、放假安排

放假时间：1月16日-2月23日

Holiday time:Jan.16th-Feb.23rd

开学时间：2月24日（周一）

Start time:Feb.24th（Monday）

二、注意事项

1. 必须遵守中国的法律和学校的规章制度。凡是违反校纪校规或中国法律规定者，视情节轻重，给予严重警告至开除学籍处分。严禁吸食毒品、非法打工、签证过期、扰民等行为。

All students must obey the laws in China and the rules and regulations of WZU. Those who violate laws, decrees, or regulations and receive punishment from public security and judicial departments will get school punishment from a serious warning to expulsion, depending on the severity of the situation. The violations like drug smoking, illegal working, visa expiration, disturbing the neighbors when housing off-campus, etc., are seriously prohibited.

2.请遵守交通规则，注意交通安全。严禁骑燃油摩托车。驾驶电动自行车时，不超速，不超载(搭载其他乘客)，不闯红灯等。

Please comply with traffic rules and regulations and pay attention to traffic safety. You CANNOT ride a Fuel-motorbike in Wenzhou. When driving e-bikes, no over-speeding, no overloading (taking other passengers), you shouldn’t run through red lights, and so on.

3. 防盗和反欺诈。不要随身携带大量现金。请拒绝任何形式的营销，保留个人信息，不要将个人身份信息借给他人。

Anti-theft and anti-fraud. Do not take a large amount of cash with you. Please reject any kind of marketing, keep personal information, and do not lend personal identification to others.

4. 寒假期间不得参加非法的宗教集会。

Don’t take part in illegal religious assembly during winter vacation.

5. 在校学生请需要每晚按11:00前回宿舍。严禁无故夜不归宿，否则按校纪校规处理。

Students on campus should return to their dorm before 11:00 p.m. every night. D area gate will be closed at 11:00 p.m. and students are not allowed to leave D Area at night. If you leave without permission or lie to school, you will face severe punishment.

6. 如果住在校外，请遵守社区的规章制度。

If you live off-campus, you must abide by the community rules and regulations.

7. 如需变更住宿地址，请务必及时向当地派出所报到。

You must register at the police station when you stay in other places instead of your dorm/apartment.

8. 请配合并保管好贵重物品，以免造成不便。

Lock your room while you are not around and don’t leave your valuable stuff in your room with the door unlocked. It’s easy to cause issues like false accusation.

9. 假期如需要联系保险公司，请拨打400-810-5119（全天中英文服务）。

In case you need to contact insurance company, please call 400-810-5119 (7*24 English & Chinese Services).

10. 学宿费缴费截止日期为2025年2月23日，请在截止日期前完成缴费。

School fees should be paid before February 23, 2025. Please complete your payment before the deadline.

11. 所有学生需要填报寒假的去向和计划，请扫码登记填写。
